Wish i could of read all these reviews here before i went to purchase some furnitures from the brick.
Got all these experience in one...
Delivery not showing up - set delivery date. Took a time off from work waiting for nothing!
Wrong incomplete set of delivery - took a time off again for the re-scheduled delivery just to get damaged furnitures, incomplete set and wrong item delivered.
Set another date of delivery again for replacement - taking a day off again just to receive damaged item again.
Unreliable agents - phone them for the received damaged furnitures and promised for the replacement ordered and to be delivered in 2 weeks.
After 2 weeks waiting no replacement delivered... Phone calls again and requested to send pictures of the damaged items...
Promised again of the replacement parts and wait for 2 weeks...
Almost a month after, phoned them to follow up for the replacement parts-just to hear that "no parts has been ordered for me"
What a lie???!!! They make you believe that they take actions on your complaint but truth is they just make u believed they were and make u wait for nothing!!!
After more than 2 months waiting for the parts replacement, thought the longest wait ever... (but a mistake)... Cuz an agent today again promise me to order the parts and will receive it in 90 days!!! Crap!!! 90 days again??? Meaning almost half a year to wait before i can use the furniture i purchase from them??? (bought august... November now and three months after - that means january before i get the replacement???
How could this business even exists???
... Ok. So i decided to reutrn the product instead of waiting again, rude agent told me can't do that cuz its been more than 2 months already since the purchase... Really?!! Its my fault now to keep the damaged furniture they delivered... After they fool me and made me wait for replacement!!!
What a service???!!!
Definitely never ever go back at the brick again...
Even spread their horrible, terrible...#@$%&^%... Service!!!
So if you value your hard earned money... Do yourself a favor... Don't even think of the name... The brick!!!
