Unprofessional, cheaters, and liars. They give you an initial estimate of $4000.00 and took a deposit then they told us that they could not find the tiles. So they raised the price.
They delayed the job for more than 10 days... When they sent an installer to my house... He brought another size of tiles and different texture. The border, that supposed to make a transition between the old and new tiles, was impossible to make because the new tile had a different size. We asked them to find us another border, so we could get the job done.
They came out with a U$13.00/piece border. They do not care about the outcome... They only are worried about money! We decided to use wood as a transitions... We bought the wood at Home Depot and we paid $300.00.
They wanted to charge extra $200.00 labor for the material that we bought, in order to finish the job. To complete our nightmare, they use the WRONG GROUT; now we have 2 colors of grout in the house, and they dont return our calls.
They will screw your place!
