Lowes provided erroneous information twice resulting in problems with our newly laid porcelain tile flooring

My partner and that I were getting along a porcelain tile deck.

We contacted Lowes to buy the stick. The sales consultant assured us the stick we purchased was for exterior places. Within months the tiles were arising. We again visited Lowes simply to have another sales consultant reveal the stick wasn't for exterior use.

The tiles are great and also the dirt makes the deck hazardous to utilize. To truly have the ground appropriately removed is likely to be very costly, and of course the price of the replacement tiles.

I approached administration plus they haven't answered. Personally I think since I want legal counsel.
