Sears Faulty HVAC - Carrier Furnace

We had a Seas HVAC unit installed 4 years ago. Since then, they had to replace on the lines for the coolant, lost a compressor that was needed for repair that lead to 7 weeks of no air conditioning in the summer and now we are on our 6th heat outage since Thanksgiving. They cannot determine the problem and don't seem to care. The problem is causing the fuse to blow out so we do not even have emergency/auxillary heat. It takes several days to get someone there, to determine the issue and then days to get the part ordered for someone to come back and make the repairs. There is something wrong with the unit itself (internal wiring, transformer, something else), but they do not care to find the rout cause, only placing a band-aid on the problem. Seasr HVAC service is horribly and it is impossible to get past their first-line call representatives. We have a case manager that has never called us, just sends sporatic emails apologizing for the inconvenience.
