On Sunday January 20 called for getting oil changed on toyota corrolla (YR 2009). Additionally wanted wipers replaced since car was in for oil change. After two plus hours at 5:13 PM the told me the could not do this since they broke their wrench. I swhould have been told immediately upon the break. "It sounded more of we are closing therefore tell customer ther is eqipment problem. You should have more than one wrench since there are 100,000's toyota's in service. They however did change my wipers. My main reaseon was for oil change. They made the appoinment time. I could have had this deone at other company (Competitor). I will not taske any car at Sears from this day forward. Very bad service
