Called a liar,
I find it sad that Sears does not support our troops. After serving in Afghanistan and retireing out of Germany, my vehicle was transported to Hawaii. After receiving my vehicle at Sand Island I was presented with a free oil change at Sears up to so many quarts. Showed the receipt to the auto department and he acknowledged by saying okay, but the service he told me they don’t accept the Sears coupons. Puzzled I asked if it says Seas on the coupon, he said yes, but sorry. To get an answer I gone to the manager, but she said that anybody can copy one of those…I was called a liar and was disgraced with the managers actions. My Aunt retired from Sears and I enjoy shopping there. I have never gone there again, and furthermore, I when I tell my friends they are appalled and tell me they don’t need to go to a place like that.
I am sure that I am not the first person with a problem like that…
