Poor service, defective product and Horrible return policy which is not told when purchased! Beware!

First let me say what a deceptive Return Policy the company has. There is no mention other than in very small print on the back of a purchase invoice that states once delivered all furniture is final. This should be pointed out, in larger letters or posted at the store. Next after buying several thousand dollars worth of furniture I had a defect problem with a $99 end table. You would think I was trying to get an item worth thousands relaced. Never again! Crappy products and worse service!
