No Service, Poor Quality Furniture - Simmons Acadia LTX PLUS

I just wanted to let people know the poor service and quality I have received from the Ashley Furniture Store in Springfield, MO. I have been waiting over six weeks for a representative to contact me and now I am the point of filing with the BBB and other agencies regarding the poor customer service - no follow through - and the poor quality of furniture they sell. PLEASE - if you are in the market for new furniture - or in our case a set of new mattresses that I spent over $1700 for, BUY ELSEWHERE! I wish I would have read their company reviews before shopping. TAKE THEM TO HEART, I will never shop there again. I'm sorry I didn't spend my money elsewhere! And it is worth mentioning, since I've seen others have this problem, I'm positive they did not deliver the item I ordered. The mattress set is under warranty, and I can't find one person to follow up and give us service! HORRIBLE experience. We will NEVER buy from them again.
OH - if you are foolish enough to buy this poor quality furniture (I have two relatives who have each purchased living room sets from them - and are very displeased) BE SURE TO PHOTOGRAPH THE ITEM YOU ARE PURCHASING so you have proof you have received what you purchased! There is a lesson learned!

Our warranty reads that they may replace our mattress set with something of equal or LESSER value. After only six months of use and break down, I find this terribly deceptive! I PAID $1700 for this set!
