It's now going on 3 weeks and Sears still has not fixed our dishwasher. Called customer service and they were rude. They transferred me to what they called the empowerment team and they were just as rude and unable to resolve. I've been a Sears customer for many years and will never give them my business again. To make things worse, the empowerment team promised to call me back with an ETA and they never called back. Terrible customer service.
