I made a purchase of 4 rugs sized 5x7 based on the claim by Rugs USA that they have hassle free returns.
Upon arrival of the first rug, I immediately knew that the other three rugs would not be workable based on the size I had ordered. I was told that the first rug that had arrived could be returned but not exchanged for a larger size as I originally requested. However, the return shipping would cost me half of what I originally paid for the rug!
As I just wanted to be done with Rugs USA I agreed to shipping, but would have to wait for them to email me a shipping label. I immediately cancelled the other 3 rugs. As I still didn't have a credit for the first 3 rugs after several days, I phoned and was told that my cancellation wasn't processed in time and that I'd have to return the other rugs as they arrived at my home.
I have been waiting over a month for my refunds and still am awaiting a shipping label on a 4th rug. I call, I email, I live chat and yet nothing seems to work with their customer service. Its been nothing but a mess dealing with them and can't be done with them soon enough!
