I've been scammed — and so have many other people! Ordered Aqua Rug from TV commercial as "buy one and get one free" (plus S&H). The total should have been $35.97. Before getting the product, my Visa was debited for $106.90! When I got product, the shipping order charged me for "Deluxe Upgrade for 4 rugs ($39.96) which I did not order, plus TWO "Buy One Get One Free" rugs — for a total of 4 rugs instead of 2 I ordered. Was charged an extra $30.97 for S&H. I called my bank and they credited me for a dispute.
To add insult to injury, the suction cups which hold the rug in place were damaged and "wrinkled" on all 4 rugs, rendering them unsafe because they would not stick to surfaces.
I called customer service and they "apologized" — but I have read other complaints about Aqua Rugs which mirror mine. Therefore, I can only conclude that this company should be investigated by NJ Attorney General for scamming consumers.
