This company is a complete rip-off. They cleaned my tiles ok but took all my area rugs to their "facility" to clean them. They promised they would return my rugs within a week, I had to call several times to get the first three rugs (of 4) returned. They were not clean and still stank very badly. They claimed they "did the best they could" but claimed it would be "like new" before they took them in the first place. I was still missing one area rug, I called him 7 times and he promised each time "oh, sorry, I will drop it off at your house" HE NEVER DID! Eventually, John (owner, loser and liar) stopped taking my calls or would hang up on me if he accidentally did answer my calls. Stay away from these con men!
