Very disappointed that batteries for drill purchased are not covered by warranty.
Did register them previously and had replaced them two years ago. Now having the
same problem with them not holding the charge and they say they have no record
of us in their system. I have the receipt and also contacted the company we used
that replaced the batteries then buy they don't keep records for two years ago.
They were supposed to let us know that we needed to register the new batteries
and that was not done at that time so now we have to purchase new batteries
or purchase new drills.
Very disappointing.
