I purchased a washer and dryer on 11/25. I was told there would be a 69.99 delivery fee but I would get a rebate in return for the same price. I was told that it would be a quick rebate. Now I see that it was just bait to have them deliver it instead of just picking it up. They received my rebate on 12/07 and I called and was informed that the card has not been mailed out yet. It has been 6 weeks and still no card. I will never purchase from them again. They didnt wait 6-12 weeks to take my money but I should wait for them to send it back to me. No I dont think so. Horrible service!
