No rebate instruction - No rebate instruction for LEXAR memory card

I went to HHGregg to purchase Lexar Memory card on Black Friday with a mail in rebate of $5. But there is no instruction of how to proceed with the rebate. I was told to go online to get the rebate instruction but the rebate for the specific manufacturer was not there. I have wasted hours waiting on the phone with no solution!
