I was offered $87 for my used but in decent condition 9700 bold - I sent it to them in the original box with an unused sim card, a working battery the charging cord and original manuals - they emailed me at least a dozen times saying they were trying to reach me when in fact they had not tried even once. It took me 3 full days of sitting on hold to get through to their purchasing department and when I finally did, I was told that due to some surface scratches on the case, my phone was only worth $40 - DON'T USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!
