I stop getting a monthly statement from Dell about a year ago. So I tried paying on line. Had problems getting my password to work. So I call them to straighten that out. So that was not taken care of. I've tried talking to them to start sending me a monthly statement again, I have yet to see one. So I don't know what amount my payment is or how much I owe them. If I don't pay on time they call. I ask them to send me a monthly statement. I have yet to get one. I will never deal with Dell again. When I pay them off. Never will I buy from them again. And I've been a buyer for maybe 10 years. No more. Send me a monthly statement!
