Monthly payment

I call Dell Financial Services and ask them why I was being charged a late a fee of $35.00. I was told non - payment. I did not understand this because I have automatic withdrawal payment that is taken out of the bank every month. I check with my bank, and they told me that it was not their fault. That Dell has not been paid. The money was there for withdrawal as it was for the month of November. I call Dell back again. I have spoken to a representative by the name of John, and he told me that Dell Financial Services change a bank that would have taken the withdrawal from my account. He assured me that they would wave the late charge, in which that they did. He told me make a payment for December of $73.00. I did that immediately.

When I talk to John, he stated that my monthly payment would not change.

However, my monthly payment has increased. I agree to make monthly of $73.00 dollar a month. I have my Bank statement stating that Dell Financial Service did make a withdrawal payment on November 26. However, for December there was no payment withdrawal. So now, because of this I get my statement for February stating that my monthly payment is $74.00 dollar a monthly. I did not agree on making that kind of payment.

I have been having a problem with Dell Financial Services for months, and this problem need to be address. I am being charge more than what I supposed to be paying.
