I bought a Toshiba Satellite 3 months ago. It has a bad hard drive. BestBuy is replacing the hard drive, under the warranty, but they need the recovery CDs. Toshiba says I need to buy them because they are on the hard drive. The hard drive is bad - I cannot access the hard drive. The support keeps telling me to make a back up copy when the computer boots up. Absolutley ridiculous that Ineed to pay because Toshiba put the necfessary information on a hard drive, which is bad.
