I bought a notebook about a few months before also it worked good before display began flickering and that I was sensing a burning odor, nicely lastly on may 12 it burned-out totally, I approached Acer Customer Support and was Informed the display had burned-out also it was protected under Guarantee, the Repetition subsequently proceeded to create it-up for fix and offered me presentation directions and explained to print-off the return tag to come back the laptop. I did as directed, I packed it-up and instructed and delivered the notebook to acer utilizing the Return tag i printed off. Nicely They named me on April 18 and explained the display was cracked, that's a rest, it wasnot cracked after I delivered it to them, i told them just as much and informed them i wasnot repsonsible for that display being cracked, I stuffed it based on when I was directed to complete and delivered it to them. I've experienced a nasty struggle with them since! They've turned my phrases and additional items to the discussions I've had together about the telephone, I've been dealing with the BBB with this problem also it is stillnot assisting, I'm not witts end! They are doing today wish to recognize their warranty, they constitute items to get free from the warranty! I actually donot think the display was damaged, if it's possibly by their fingers! I've never cope with with this type of evil, tricky organization! I don't observe how they remain in company! Since I have have now been performing research in it, they've a large number of clients who're disappointed also along with a most of it's for that same cause: NOT HONORING THEIR GUARANTEES! I've observed others have stated the samethings I've handled, Acer folding discussions etc. I'd haven't thought it'd I not needed to offer with them! I've no-where otherwise to show! I've submitted a with my states Attorney-Generals office, I really hope in some manner that will assist! I've nothing else to complete! Acer has been keeping my pc aswell, I had been informed it would be delivered on April 23, and it'snot I then found out through the BBB they havenot delivered it however, They're declaring I decided to a fix cost, that we did not and that's why they're keeping it. I required they deliver it back again to me instantly if they'renot likely to recognize their term and repair it like I had been informed within the beginning! Please somebody help!!!
