Poor service/product

I bought my Acer Aspire 6920 in September.in December I had been using the PC when everything went dark. No lamps or seem no power with battery or AC power. I'd to truly have the mainboard changed. They explained it'd take 7-10 days. It had been eliminated for more than 3 months. They explained these were awaiting a component. I eventually got the pc back and that I was informed it had been fixed, that it passed their assessments. After I got the pc back it'd just power up with AC power. I named Acer again plus they delivered me a brand new battery.in May I delivered the notebook back again to Acer also it needed the drive changed. A week ago I kicked it-up to test my email, I had been on line about five minutes when everything went dark. It'll not switch on the same as it did in December. I'm in no way hardon my notebook. I believe it's absurd that I've had a lot of issues with this notebook. I simply got off the telephone with Acer and that I need to deliver it in again. I've not yet discovered an Acer support specialist that speaks English. I'd provide the Acer Service-Center an F level. I've a genuine difficult time knowledge some of them. To date this computer has already established the mainboard, the battery, and also the drive changed. Today I believe it's the mainboard again. It's performing exactly the same method as in December. Our boy comes with an HP notebook that's five yrs old and it has just needed it fixed onetime. I dont observe how the Acer notebooks have this type of large score for items and support. I'll never purchase another or suggest an Acer to anybody.
