I bought this piece of crap in August. It did good for around six months, then your display began to sparkle (leap). I approached Acer Assistance (Technical Assistance). They understand little of nothing about computers. I understand more. Anyhow they'd me uninstall my whole laptop and re install clean from damage. Used to do so, but still the issue exists. I named them back and informed them the thing is still occurring, and so I delivered my laptop by which costs me about $30.00. I acquired it back within about 5 times stating they examined the bios update. I actually donot understand why, the machine bios had been current. I suppose so that they might claim they did anything. Nevertheless had the issue, and so I named and was informed to sned it again. Used to do so, which period I obtained it in of a week. They stated the issue couldn't be copied, with no repairs were created. Some specialist there had handled nevertheless to obtain many sport applications on my laptop, and had damage the most effective of it poorly. I contact tech support team and informed them of the, plus they simply appear to ignore it, and much more or less stated it might have been me. They genuinely have nerve. The laptop continues to be performing the same it had been, display flickers (advances) itermittently. I'm likely to maintain delivering it back again to them on the penny till they choose to repair it, even when it get 50 times.By them-they may have settled more for this than me. Don't purchase an Acer Laptop. For me, a bit of CRAP!!!
