Computer failed within months and retailer and maker deny warranty

Purchased on April 9th. Started having trouble a month ago. Took to Best Buy a week ago—they stated no problems. Computer dies officially today. All parties try to bail on warranty. HP and Best Buy. I need help please. Long time supporter of both. Will abandon both for life if no assistance is offered. That's a lot of money for your competitors. Let's see if they will stand up or stiff on the warranty
