All-in-One Desktop Faulty Within a Week, Refund Refused

I bought a HP 20%u2019 all in one desktop computer from staples with a 2yr warranty on 11/7. The computer has refused to work properly a week after I took it out of the box. For 2 months (off and on) I spend on the phone with HP. Turns out the computer was sold faulty. Staples nor HP refuse to refund my money. I will never buy a HP ever again. And will always suggest people not to buy HP
