I bought a Compaq notebook significantly less than 2 yrs before and taken care of the Warranty. Our notebook quit starting up. I delivered it set for fix on 12/12 plus they obtained it on 12/14. They explained that it'd consider 5 - 10 business days to correct it after I named. I understood with Holiday and New Yearis it'd take longer. I named them fourteen days before and asked about this standing of my notebook, they explained they needed to purchase components for this. Earlier this Sunday, my partner named to confirm the standing plus they informed him that my notebook would be delivered out in my experience on Thursday, January 17th. After I named nowadays to determine if it'd been delivered, the one who responded the telephone explained the components simply arrived in recently which it'd be 5-10 additional business days before they'd place the components in my own notebook. I'd to deliver my notebook to Compaq, when my notebook was still under guarantee them, the hardware slots went and that I had my notebook back within fourteen days! In the price Guarantee Logistics are managing this fix I wont have my notebook back until Feb!
