I acquired notebook compaq from walmart and got the the two Year pc Support strategy after 12 Months the harddrive went i contact the guarantee

Support. They ask me easily had my restoration drive i stated no they explained they require them ok i advised they I'll purchase them then when I acquired the restoration drive i contact them. They sent me a container i set my restoration drive within the container and notebook and power and battary i delivered the container for them in regards to a week later I acquired my notebook back. But i didnot get my restoration disk back and so I contact the support back and informed them that i didnot get my recovery drive. They explained that there is no drive within the container i siad the drive was underneath the notebook which i delivered them the drive they explained they wasn't within the container which drive aren't address on guarantee I SETTLED $25.00 FOR THAT RECOVERY DISK FROM horsepower. I contact them each week plus they nevertheless state that they wear, t ask them to plus they are not address under guarantee and so I need to purchase the restoration drive again I'll NOT PURCHASE THE SERVICE PLAN AGAIN OR TELL MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY I HAD BEEN POORLY MIS-TREAT IT.
