Our completely new Asus G73JH ceased functioning abruptly about 91 days after purchase. The show went dark when starting the computer. We got an RMA number and submitted the notebook. Within the 14 days because we delivered the laptop we've noticed the next from Asus:
Day 1: "We've not obtained the notebook." (we've evidence of trademark from FedEx)
Day 2: "Somebody is taking a look at your notebook."
Day 3: "We've not obtained your notebook."
Day 4: "The solution isn't updated, we can not provide you with a standing."
Day 5: "Please provide us the following range, NOT THE RMA, therefore we are able to find your notebook. We-don't understand where it's."
Day 6: "Nobody has updated the position."
Day 7: "We didn't obtain your laptop."..."oh wait, indeed, we did"..."the specialist hasn't updated any notices".
Day 8: "The standing hasn't been updated."
Day 9: "The standing hasn't been updated. We can not let you know who's focusing on it. We can not let you know when it'll be set".
Time 10: "We've not obtained your notebook".
Time 11: "We've not obtained your notebook"..."we DID get your notebook"..."standing hasn't been updated"... Boss: "There's not standing update. I've no supervisor or supervisor. We've 10-14 times to correct and obtain the notebook back. No, I can not tell you whenever you'll have it back. No, it might not be therein the following 4 times."
Asus fix sucks. They cannot actually FIND the notebook, be 100% selected they will have obtained it, reveal what's incorrect with it, or whenever we might actually get our $1500 laptop back.
Exactly What A joke. Keep FAR FARAWAY from Asus. Worst customer support experience ACTUALLY.
