Dear Dell support agent
I have sent a Dell Vostro 1015 laptop to BDL Egypt, Cairo Barnch since 26 jan, cuz i have 2 problems in it,
1st - That the recharger not working.
2nd - The Loaptop didn't recharging the battery also with another working charger.
The problem here that my laptop was there more than 20 days without any respond from BDL agent to tell me whats the problem is,
an if it solved or not or not able to solve it. And tried toooooooooo much to call them every day alot of times but noway to reach them.
Please responsible take an aggressive action about this carelessness and Lack of respect of customers.
