I recently brought in my computer because it blue screened as I was told, I had to pay $199.99 for tech support, then had to send for 3 discs for $ 20.00. Then was told it had to have a new hard drive, costing another $59.80, When I got it home and hooked it all back up, I got Google homepage instead of Roadrunner, which I originally had in the first place.
