Installed motherboard and boot up with no problems.installed windows 2000 professional and all components of the motherboard were recognized except the sound chip.

Returned the motherboard after a replacement was purchased and installed on RMA CN250173. The defective motherboard was packed in its original box inside another box sorrounded by bubble wrap and popcorn.
Now they claim the motherboard is damaged and I need to have ASUS repair the board at an additional cost of $40.00.
I have never experienced this type of service with any other computer supply company. I am never ever going to buy any computer products from this computer.
