Dear Dell management,
I am totally disillusioned with the level of service given to me by customer support.
Case in point: I did inquire about the laptop that I ordered on line. Camera was not listed on the DELL e-mail confirmation order and I wanted to know why. Since then my order had been canceled and reinstated, and now I am finding out that has been shipped out without address, and I spent 2 days waiting for delevery. (!!)
