Failure to Honor a Warranty

I purchased a laptop computer from the above company in September with a 2 year extended warranty. Now that i am having problems with this computer they don't want to help me resolve the issue or give a new computer. I have gone round and round on the phone with these people to no avail, it's either bring it into the store which i cannot do as have no vehicle and am disabled. I can't afford the 150.00 per hour for a home repair. I have explained this to them and all they do is offer a lot of lame excuses as to why they can't help me. They are so many others out there, they offer a lot but in the end they don't deliver.
