Magic Jack is a confusing company with seemingly little attainable support and I found the product crap. I tried two of them. First one literally fell apart. Second one wouldn't work more than half the time. It took forever to boot up when this thing was in the USB port. Then they demanded $10 more in the middle of my contract so I could make outside calls. They started Magic Jack Beta or something. Lord knows. Switched to a real landline. Thank God. Don't spend your money on this junk.
