I strongly suggest that you do not use UPS service. They are horrible. I suppose to receive a package next day delivery and its over 3 days and I still have not received it. Their excuse is that adverse weather condition, but I think that is just an excuse to delay my package. Weather is perfectly fine where I am nice and sunny, I even check the surrounding areas and there is no major adverse weather. When you call the customer service, basically what they do is reads you the same thing, that you can see online. So why they are there? I would never use this service.
