On Jan. 23,10 my daughter called to ask if I had received my birthday present that was shipped via UPS. I had not received it so she went through the process of getting the tracking number and UPS phone number. I called and after hearing the computer voice repeatedly say she did not understand I finally spoke with a real person.
When I was connected with the local office they said 2 delivery attempts had been made and notes left (which I never saw). The agent said it would be delivered again that evening (1/25). I expained I would not be home and agreed to pick it up at there office instead.
I drove to there building (completely out of my way) today only to be told that they sent it back
