Free Windows 7 Upgrade Never Received With Compaq Presario Purchase

This computer being sold by a reputable outlet advertizaing hp, s window 7 free with purchasi, I applied for the free copy thru the company representing them way back in oct., have yet to receive the free windows software advertized, needless to say I am very every word known aggrivation, irration etc!!!
