I had this compaq presario for only 8 months and had nothing but trouble with it. I call them so many times and I sill haven trouble with it. I ask them to mail me at my home address windows professional recovery disk or I want my money back and they won't do anything; I feel I got rip off big time to have a computer this new to be nothing but trouble all this time. And I found out compaq computers are no good and have been for sometime now. And something needs to be done with that company. It's a bad company and I tell you I never buy another compaq computer ever again. Maybe you can help me get my money back or windows professional disks,
