I purchased an HP Laptop in Augus of 08 for $800 by April the computer was going haywire. Since then I have been on the phone countless times with tech support had the compture returned 3 times and am dealing with an idiot of a case mangager. Here it is 13 months with the computer and it locks, freezes, kicks me out regularly, so on and so on. I have tried to get a new case manager they denied it. They've re-imaged it twice w/o repair. They will not replace the computer because they said I just want a new one. I can barley use the computer I spent $800 dollars on and HP will do nothing about it. DON'T BUY HP!!! They are the worst! I will be contacting BBB along with any and all blog sites I can. If anybody has any ideas for me it would be great! I dont' see how a company can get away with selling a defective product and not standing by the warranty. Why should I have to by a computer only to have to return it and be w/o it for weeks at a time on a regular basis??? Again never buy hp!!!
