When it comes to using a business I am unfamiliar with I usually am left disappointed. This was not the case when a few nights ago my computer contracted a virus and I found myself in need of a fast solution. It was 9.30 at night and the normal computer repair service I knew of was closed. I was able to run a search on my iphone and came up with a service that offered online help, (http://trustedpctech.com). I called them and detailed my situation. The technician asked if I minded if he connected to my computer and diagnosed the issue, so that he may verify he was offering me the correct service. I gave him permission and in about 10 mins he confirmed my viral infestation and offered a solution to my problem. He quoted me $79 for the virus removal service and gave me the option to pay either by PayPal or by credit card. I paid the fee and the technician took control and got things moving in the proper direction. I wandered away from the computer while the technician repaired it over the internet like he was right in front of the keyboard.By the time I had a snack and watched a bit of telly it was finished. The technician then gave me an explanation of what he did to correct the problem and also explained that he also installed a Free antivirus application to replace the expired one I had installed. Wow. I was genuinely impressed with the concern that the technician had for my online security. Thanks for going the extra mile and truly earning a customer for life.
