I've used a couple of the bigger chain store tech support for my network a few times and never felt like I was a valued customer. My computer had been running slow and I felt this was not correct. It was like it was new all over again. I had forgot how fast it was. The technician thanked me for my business upon completion and a few days later I recieved a follow up email asking if my secure remote support experience was a positive one. I was impressed with the level of concern for my personal feelings. I found this to be a happy surprise. I would definitely use these guys again.
