Phoned me up and said my computer had a virus, said that they had been informed about this virus by a windows technician, they then asked me to type a number onto my computer, which gave them access to it, they were then able to pinpoint the viruses on computer, which looked very serious. I paid£95 to have them removed, but then I got problems which I didnt have before they got onto my computer, I realised what had happened, that they where scamming my computer, I had payed them through paypal[I dont know how they had got onto my paypal account], however I changed my I. D and password with paypal, and finally I purchased a new compute
