On May 27th, my PC was attacked by some kind of virus.
Then a screen appeared, offering a solution to my problem with MS Removal Tool. I saw in their online info that a license for life would cost me 79,95US$ and I purchased it (charged to and paid by my VISA card).
The MS Removal Tool was promptly installed and cleaned up the computer in a few seconds.
Shortly after the 27th of May, I used the Removal Tool once again to verify the status of the PC and was satisfied that with this Tool I could keep the computer free of viruses.
However, for some reason, the MS Removal Tool disappeared from my PC and, although I am still not sure I was victim of a scam, a software I paid for vanished suddenly from my computer and I have not yet found any means of contacting their client support group to try and recover the application.
Anyone OUT THERE who may help me?
