Tried service and returned it to Best Buy after a week, By Chat requested # assigned be deactivated and an email confirming it. Was assured by chat they would do so, after a week and 3 chats, NO emails and not deactivation of the #.. So have no assurance the # assigned will not be used by another customer of Magic Jack and billing occur to me. They promised to email written confirmations of chats, and never did so. 4th chat, supervisor Kirsten said that they could not email confirm the chat contents. Will NEVER use them and warn you they likely are a scam in my opinion.
