I have an HP desktop that has been worked on three times without success. Now They are telling me I must send it in so they can attempt to fix it that way. They have replaced the part in question and it still does not work. My case worker says exchanging it for one of equal value is not a option. They wish to continue working on it.
This is definitely not customer satisfaction, it is more like take it or leave it! C. Meinen
