I purchased RegCure to clean my computer. When they deducted their price of 29.34 from my payment plan, there was also a deduction of 9.97 for a company called safecart. I did not remember any checked box telling me of this. I contacted this SafeCart and they agreed to give me a refund, which they did for the 9.97. Afterwards I tried to run my RegCure and it didn't work. I then tried contacting them again. They were answering all my messages immediately until this one. Now I havn't heard anything and am stuck with a product that doesn't work and I'm out of 29.34 dollars. What can I do?
