I delivered a no longer working check to become fixed under guarantee in mid-September 09, obtained e-mail within times that it had been fixed and being delivered back, and waited for months just before calling for tracking #. They advised me it had been never fixed, which the component had a need to fix was back-requested. After numerous extra calls to discover standing, I then found out the item wasn't inserted in to the fix procedure properly, therefore it lay in limbo. After 2 weeks, I had been informed a check could be delivered out. It came damaged. Every single phone to Samsung hasbeen non productive. No body actually calls when they claim they'll having a position report. The organization appears completely unaware. It's currently nearing a few months without any operating check. It will have now been a simple fix, but though I did so such as the check, I'll NEVER purchase a Samsung product again. When questioned easily might talk to anyone to enroll a with how my state was managed, I again got the run-around. This informs me they do not worry about the client, and so I brings my business elsewhere. Customer beware!
