I promised myself 15 years ago that I would never buy another samsung product because of a faulty stereo that my daughter bought with her first pay and stopped working after a month, took it to our local repair agent and they had it for 3 months so I rang Samsung and told them what had happened and they said they would send a certificate to extend the warranty by 3 months (never received). Was given a samsung TV for Christmas 2011 by another daughter and son in law (shuddered when I opened the present) and guess what TV gone on the blink in less than 6 months took it to the same service agent and guess what still not fixed rang and they are still waiting for one of the parts which the supplier is out of stock of and no date when it will be ready, funny thing that. Will NEVER accept Samsung again.
