I purchased A - 30" LCD monitor (Samsung 305T) from newegg.com;

The check was deadonarrival. The powerlight arrived on-but no image. I approached samsung assistance who subsequently went some analytical assessments about the check.

The check failed all tests.

I had been advised to get hold of Samsung assistance and put up a-5 business-day exchange. These were designed to ship to some nearby advantages shop to complete the trade.

5 days considered 10 to 15 to 20 business days.

Each time I named them-they offered me the runaround; Repository along, we're "studying" your document etc. Never created a tangible day for that trade.

I'd the one month return policy from newegg. I delivered the check and ended the trade.

I highly doubt Samsung might create great on the check exchange. Fortunately, I'd an extra check to work well with.

Centered on my encounter, I'd never purchase a Samsung item provided their bad customer support for warranty replacements.

Should you choose a web-search, you'll discover additional clients with related grievances.

If you like A - 30" LCD monitor, opt for another organization, prevent samsung items because they don't come through on the guarantee.
