I purchased a Dell Inspiron 537ST Pc like a present for my cousin. It'd not boot-up or fill the Operating-System so she got it to some local computer store. They unearthed that the OS wasn't there and after 5 hours of work and $350.00 they eventually got the bit of Dell garbage operating. Dell "Customer Care" and "Tech Support Team" are offshore in Asia or Pakistan plus they simply offered me the run-around, disconnected my calls, moved me around after which stated that they'd not purchase the repairs though it was their "mistake". Dell Pc is managing a large con about the purchasing community and Michael Dell is going to prison for scam. I'll NEVER purchase another Dell merchandise!
