I had bought an HP c4680 from best buy about one month ago. I got the store warranty, but I've heard that I may as well have just kept the manufacturer's warranty. I WILL update on this complaint as to whether or not the company resolvs it, but regardless I want to complain that this $100 printer broke after only one month. RIDICULOUS! It will no longer pull printer paper into the printer. It's weakened to the point where it SLOWLY pulls it in and causes a paper jam. I was so excited about this printer because all of the fantastic features, but now I can already tell this is the beginning of a nightmare, and I predict getting this resolved even with purchased warranty and manufactuer warranty, I think it will be very difficult. I also think that even if they do fix it, it will probably break again very soon afterwards. Shame on HP for putting out flimsy printers.
